It says smudgeproof on the package but does that also mean waterproof as well?Is the Elizabeth Arden Double Density Mascara waterproof?
No. They do make a waterproof formula as well, but smudgeproof only means it stays once dry and won't rub off if you touch your eye. If you get your lashes wet, all bets are off.
