It's all right to use it, but it's mainly targeted for middle-aged woman. It's not bad though--it'll just be a little strong, maybe.

Ye i used it for a while! i felt it was far too heavy and clogged up all my pores! it felt like i was wearing a masc it was so heavy! but if you have acne or want to cover up freckles ( wouldn't recommend covering up freckles) its really good! except be sure to get the right color for your skin as this can have a dramatic effect on the outcome of the finished effect!!! you want it to look natural..not like u stuck your face in mud..xxxx good luck!

Estee Lauder Double Wear- Elizabeth Arden?

I currently use Elizabeth Arden Flawless Finish in Toasty Beige but I'm finding it looks really greasy-maybe it's best as a winter foundation- and it needs lots of topping up to stay looking fresh.


I'm thinking of switching to Estee Lauder Double Wear,


Is it as good as people say?


What colour would be the equalivant to toasty beige?


Do I need a powder for over it and if so which one?

I've heard lots of mixed things about this foundation. It is VERY thick. But it is a good foundation none the less. It has SPF 10 in it so it's very protective as well.





The color that would be closest to Toasty Beige would be Shell Beige.





At least thats what it looks like. Tawny is also close to your current color.





Double wear has lots of rave reviews and the only warning is it is not good for first time cosmetic wearers...which I dont think you are! :) Haha.I say it's worth a try. Estee Lauder is an amazing make-up brand you really cant go wrong. Good luck! **

I have just bought Elizabeth Arden Ceramide Plump Perfect foundation, the lady at the counter talked me into buying the Good Morning Skin to wear underneath as it keeps your make up on, is this product any good? Has anyone ever used the foundation before, does it last?Elizabeth Arden make up?
If you mean the foundation in the pot with the gold top, have used it and liked it. It felt nice and stayed on well. I opted not to buy the stuff to go underneath though, ponds dry skin cream worked just fine !Elizabeth Arden make up?
